		<description><![CDATA[It a shame that this type of planning is not done early on. I know this is not possible for big cities but there are many communities and suburbs that are developing now with no planning or for thought. Usually the argument is that there is no money available for free space, but if money and or land was set aside as part of the developers agreement, this would not be an issue.
As for Post-it notes, is there anything they can’t do!]]></description>
